Full Title: Searching and Kidnapping Are TOTALLY Different. Honest.
Who: S'ren and Savareniel!
What: Sav's calls on a friend...and ends up Searched.
When: Just before midday.
Where: Iiiiiiiin the jungle, the mighty jungle~
Warnings: S'ren and Feynth's mouths(/mindspeech)?
S'ren tightened the last strap of Feynth's secondary harness. The main harness was made mostly for Threadfighting, but this one would now allow her passengers. She grinned at the thought, slapping Feynth's hide affectionately. You're going to bruise me, you brute, he sniffed at her, making her snort. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, darling! A few scars would look dashing, don't you think?" I hate you, you horrible excuse for a Rider. S'ren laughed back at him, well aware he didn't mean a word of it. They continued their banter as she finished getting them both ready for their visit, insults and endearments flying both ways.
"Alright! Time to go make sure Sav didn't go get himself eaten by a feline!" Probably not. He'd probably be too stringy to consider. "Think about eating people often?" With a nice marinade of that sauce they put on the wherry you gave me some of the other night. Rolling her eyes, she mounted up and tied herself into the harness straps. "Ready when you are, slowpoke." I've been ready since I awoke, thank you, he quipped back. The petite blue stepped to the edge of their ledge-space and leapt upward. He preferred to spring up instead of falling into a glide, most times.
Getting to a decent height, they winked between and reappeared near where Savareniel kept his cave. Feynth spiraled his way down lazily, if only to annoy his excited rider. She loved her friends, that girl, and she was happy whenever she got a chance to spend time with them. Sav was special in that, since he didn't live at the Weyr, she saw him even more rarely than most others. She loved when she'd get visits from the little green fire-lizard that he'd bonded, as Shen usually carried invitations to come visit. S'ren was practically bouncing in the harness by the time the dragon gracefully backwinged to land. Settling down to keep watch for any predators that really might try to attack His, he lowered and propped himself so she could slide down easily.
Bounding up to the cave entrance, she yelled a rather loud "HELLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" into it. It didn't matter that it wasn't quite large enough to really echo, especially as insulated as it was from the various pelts that decorated it. It was still good fun, and she rather hoped she'd startled the poor man somewhere within. Hey, he was the onecrazy brave enough to call her friend! Grinning, she rocked back on her heels and waited for a response.
